Salad & Go

This was originally a flower shop on an amazing corner in Tucson, AZ. The Walgreens Real Estate Manager asked us if we could look at this site as a relocation for the Walgreens that was on the opposite corner of that same intersection. 

Upon initial contact with the owner, he wasn’t willing to sell, but after talking with him and better understanding his family’s goals, we structured a deal that made sense for everyone. However, once we put the deal together, Walgreens decided to stay where they were so we pivoted strategically to a Salad & Go.
