Starbucks

This was a former Sonic that had been closed down. We contacted the owner and learned they were still paying rent, so the owner wasn’t motivated to sell it immediately.  However, after several discussions and understanding the family’s motivations, we structured a deal that worked for everyone and converted this to a drive-thru Starbucks.
