Starbucks

This property used to be a former grocery store that was purchased by Discovery Church. Due to the change in use from grocery to a church, the parking field was just too large. Needing a site for Starbucks in this area and believing we could carve out a parcel within the parking lot, we called the church’s Executive Pastor. They loved the idea, especially because of the synergy a national coffee chain would offer out front.
