Starbucks

Prior to this project, Starbucks didn’t have a drive-thru location in Columbus. We scouted the market heavily before identifying a former Kmart that had been acquired by a developer who was going to add a new traffic signal to boost the center’s accessibility, as well as create new retail pads. We snatched up the best pad quickly and put the deal together with Starbucks.
