Starbucks

Starbucks was working on a deal with the owner of this land and they were struggling to make it work. Finally, Starbucks just told the landowner that the only way it would go on this property is if they sold this site to us and we developed it. Once that happened, the property owner wanting to land Starbucks in the area began negotiating to sell us the property.
