Starbucks

This opportunity was brought to us through one of our broker relationships who informed us that the existing bank was being acquired and this property was going to close, so they wanted to sell it. Starbucks was already located within the center but didn’t have a drive-thru, which told us this would make for an excellent relocation of the existing store. It wasn’t easy, but after successfully gaining multiple sign-offs from various parties within the shopping center, we got it done.
