Starbucks

This was a vacant parcel owned by a small grocery store group. Surprisingly, the hardest part of this deal was finding the actual owner so we could discuss our interest in buying.  After months of attempting, we finally found the right party and put a deal together. Moreover, we were even able to keep this deal alive during COVID and get the necessary time on the land contract to allow for delays in Starbucks site tours.
