Starbucks

The Town of Superior owned this property and really wanted someone to bring a drive-thru Starbucks to town. Several developers had tried, but couldn’t get Starbucks to pay attention. Once we got involved, we were able to get the deal done and bring several other tenants in tow, including T-Mobile and Firehouse Subs. We even outfitted the Starbucks building with a beautiful corner LED light tower that can change colors for Christmas, Valentine’s Day, or any other special occasion.
