Starbucks

This was a closed KFC owned by the largest KFC franchisee in the country. We had been calling them for years about some of their properties in Colorado and Utah with no success. 

Finally, they told us about a property in California that they wanted to sell and we thought it would be a perfect conversion for Starbucks. Because while it was a small property and didn’t offer a drive-thru, we knew that the nine rare onsite parking stalls would make the redevelopment a strategic success in a tough area for real estate.
